The Mass General Brigham Employee Assistance Program is available to assist employees and immediate family household members with referrals to address legal issues.  Below are some resources on a variety of legal topics and information on finding an attorney. Employees, staff and immediate family household members have access to legal resources and free 60-minute sessions with a lawyer. If you have legal concerns or questions about topics, such as housing/home buying, divorce, estate planning, access assistance via the EAP at 866-724-4327, or via AskmyHR.

Mediation Services

Mediation is a process in which the parties meet with a mutually selected impartial and neutral person who assists them in the negotiation of their differences. Mediation can sometime represent a less adversarial and less costly alternative to the traditional legal process.
