EAP Virtual Peer Support Groups via the HeyPeers Platform
Meet others who share similar experiences to your own and learn new techniques to help you achieve your mental health and wellness goals. You can also join moderated chat rooms on a variety of topics. To access these free EAP Support groups use your mgb or harvard.edu email address (called SSO) to create an account on the HeyPeers website.
Enjoy a 15 minutes relaxation exercise, a 30 minute yoga class at your desk or follow along with one of the previously recorded sessions.
All of our meditation or movement practices can be conveniently done anywhere you can safely connect to Zoom.

This session will help participants explore their own reactions to loss, from a death to divorce. Learn why some people are stuck in a “grief rut” as they discuss more healthy ways to grieve.

This 60 minute presentation will provide expectant and nursing employees with information on how to maintain breastfeeding when returning to work.
