Coping with Difficult Events
Recent events in our community, across the nation and around the world have stirred a variety of emotions in our employees and the patients we serve. We extend our support to those who have been affected by these troubling events.
As caregivers our first inclination is to care for others, but in times like these, we must make sure to also practice self-care. If you or someone you know is struggling to process these or other tragic events, or you are feeling overwhelmed, help is available. Here are some supports.
