The EAP is offering free mini-sessions (10 minutes!) to learn new relaxation techniques and help stay present. Partners employees and household members - please take a minute to pre-register and join us for as many as you wish. Be well!

Success with Stress: Yoga at Your Desk
This lively 30 minute webinar will offer a cooling breathing technique, refreshing stretches, and meditation to relax, build proper body alignment and awareness, focus the mind, and nourish and restore your balance. Although movement exercises are designed for people who work, try to wear clothing that does not constrict the waist and shoes that can be slipped off or are comfortable to walk in. All attire is welcome.
