Using the EAP Strategically: For HR Business Partners
In this 60-minute webinar, HR Business Partners will learn how best to collaborate with managers and employees to support distressed employees by making effective referrals to EAP.  At times, distressed employees experiencing personal issues including depression and family issues, as well as domestic violence, will have trouble on the job; EAP support helps to resolve these concerns. Learn how to best collaborate on EAP referrals, support effective supervisor interventions and encourage employees to address and resolve issues that can interfere with job performance.
