What Is the Partners Employee Assistance Program?
The Partners Employee Assistance Program is a Work&Life resource offering confidential, short-term counseling, referral and resources and educational seminars. All EAP services are provided at no cost to employees. If employees are experiencing a difficult situation that is causing them stress at work or home, or is affecting their personal health and well-being, they may wish to contact the EAP. No problem is too big or too small. Employees are encouraged to use the EAP as a Work&Life resource to help prevent problems from becoming large problems.
