Second Chance Fund for Animal Welfare (SCFAW)
The heart of SCFAW's mission is to provide low-cost veterinary services for cats through our licensed veterinary partners and their highly qualified staff.  SCFAW offers affordable spay/neuter clinics, Feral cat spay and neuter services and discounted treatment in central mass for most pet illnesses and injuries.
