This series is designed to support employees and managers coping with the COVID-19 pandemic. EAP Seminars are free and open to employees and their family members from all Mass General Brigham entities.

    The pandemic has transformed working behaviors, compelling workers to be plugged in 24/7 and increasing stress, anxiety and burnout. This thought-provoking and innovative seminar will provide attendees with insight into how failing to switch off both digitally and mentally poses a very real risk to your mental health.

  • EAP Webinar: Coping during a Pandemic - Tools for Mental Health in Children - New!

    This webinar provides practical guidance on how to help children through the COVID pandemic. Topics will include: what symptoms to look for in kids of different ages; what you can do: and how to manage your own anxiety. Other important issues will be addressed such as, missing social emotional learning, dealing with loneliness, questions about arrested development, and managing back to school anxiety. Additional resources from the Clay Center will be provided.

  • Supporting Your Child’s Mental Health (60 mins)
    Isolation and anxiety have impacted almost all of us during the COVID-19 pandemic. Family members are often the first to notice if a child is having problems with emotions or behavior. This session aims to help attendees recognize the signs and provide the right support to a child, which can lead to diagnosis and treatment.
