Success with Stress: Yoga at Your Desk
This lively 30 minute webinar will offer a cooling breathing technique, refreshing stretches, and meditation to relax, build proper body alignment and awareness, focus the mind, and nourish and restore your balance. Although movement exercises are designed for people who work, try to wear clothing that does not constrict the waist and shoes that can be slipped off or are comfortable to walk in. All attire is welcome.

Success With Stress: Mindfulness In the Workplace
During this 30 minute webinar participants will learn practices to develop body and breath awareness, loving-kindness and compassion accompanied by soft music. Meditation helps you improve your focus and concentration, feel more grounded and centered, increase compassion for yourself and others, and enhance your creativity and appreciation for daily life experiences.
