Directions to EAP Office

From Route 128/95
(northbound):
 
Proceed north on Route 128/95 to exit 44B, (Route 1 North, 129 East; Danvers/Lynn). On the ramp, bear to the right. At the rotary, follow the signs to Route 129 East; Lynn/Swampscott. Union Hospital is one mile ahead on your right.

From Route 128 (southbound): 
Proceed south on Route 128 to exit 44 Topsfield/Boston, Route 1. Stay to the left and follow signs to Route1 South /Boston. Once on Route 1 South, stay in the right hand lane and take the exit for Route 129 East; Lynnfield/Lynn. At the light, take the second left, Route 129 East; Lynn/Swampscott. Proceed 1/2 mile to the rotary. At the rotary, follow the signs to Route 129 East; Lynn/Swampscott. Union Hospital is one mile ahead on your right.

From Logan Airport:
As you leave the airport, bear right and follow the signs to Route 1A North. Proceed north on Route 1A to Route 1 North. Take Route 1 North for eight miles to Route 129 East. Take Route 129 East for 1/2 mile to the rotary. Follow the signs to Route 129 East; Lynn/Swampscott. Union Hospital is one mile ahead on your right.

Directions to EAP once you arrive @ Union Hospital
From Lynnfield Street, turn right at first entrance - SOUTH ENTRANCE of hospital (with building on your right), and drive along right side of building to the South Parking Lot straight ahead.

After parking in South Lot, retrace your steps back at 50 feet to enter building from WEST GROUND ENTRANCE. Once inside small hallway, take door on left labeled “G,” and walk straight across small corridor through double doors. Our office is the first office on your left. EAP is using swing space within the Occupational Health office.
