Directions to EAP Office

From Boston
Take Route 93 North to Route 95/128 North. Follow to exit 45 (left-hand exit, where Routes 95 and 128 split). Follow Route 128 North/Gloucester. Take exit 26 (Lowell Street) off 128N, and bear right onto Lowell Street. Follow straight through Peabody Center. Lowell Street becomes Main Street and, after crossing the Salem city line, becomes Boston Street. At the end of the street (marked by a traffic light and a large monument to the left of the intersection), turn right onto Essex Street, which immediately becomes Highland Avenue (Route 107). Approximately two city blocks after the first set of traffic lights the entrance to Salem Hospital and visitor parking is on the left at the second traffic light. (top of hill).

From Southern New England
Take Route 95/128 North to exit 45 (left- hand exit, where Routes 95 and 128 split). Follow directions above “From Boston.”

From Northern New England 
Take Route 95 South to Route 128 North. Follow directions above “From Boston.”

DIRECTIONS TO EAP ONCE YOU ARRIVE @ SALEM HOSPITAL: 

From Highland Ave., at a set of lights, turn onto the hospital grounds at the upper entrance marked by the sign indicating NSMC, Salem Hospital and Medical Office Building.  At this entrance, The Medical Office Building, # 79 Highland Avenue, is located immediately to the left.  For parking:  drive just beyond the guard structure and veer left, which takes you around the Medical Office Building to parking areas below.    

Directions to Suite 210, once in MOB Building:

EAP is on the 2nd floor, Suite 210.  It is listed in the directories entering the building as CONCERN, Employee Assistance Program.
